Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with service providers that support analytics, advertising, and hosting functions, including Google, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Klaviyo, TripleWhale, Redo, Bing, and DataShopper. SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with trusted service providers who assist us in providing our services and fulfilling our contractual obligations. For example:

MARKETING, EMAIL & SMS COMMUNICATIONS

We use Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with SMS and text messages imposed by your wireless provider. You may opt-out any time by replying STOP to any message, following in-message unsubscribe links, or by contacting us at contact@fizzyble.com. For help, reply HELP or contact us at contact@fizzyble.com. Once you opt-out, you will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

Your SMS opt-in information and phone number will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share this information with service providers who assist us in delivering SMS messages (such as Klaviyo), who are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to our Terms of Service, neither we nor the wireless carriers supported by the Service are liable for failed, delayed, misdirected or undelivered messages, any errors in such messages, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on such messages.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing

You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. To designate an authorized agent, you must provide the authorized agent with written permission to do so, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us and confirm that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children under age 13 without verifiable parental consent as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The Service is not directed to children under 13. We also do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization as required by the CCPA.
